Ms. Dotson navigated my purchase of a home on Boone Lake in Johnson City, TN and also assisted me in the sale of my existing home in Sawyers Pond neighborhood in Johnson City, TN. Representing me as a buyers agent, Ms. Dotson was patient with all of my requests. She tactfully advised me when necessary but also gave the freedom to execute what I felt was best for me personally. Once a contract was signed, I needed to execute a quick closure and she was on top of working with the lender to provide all the necessary information. Debbie is well organized and I didn't have to send an email or call her more than once on any issue. A very helpful and knowledgeable person. She helped find houses that we might be interested in. She made dates available to show the houses. She had the sheets on all houses. She also called to find out about a house we were interested in to see why it was still listed as active but not available.
